  4. WOW! It looks like a burst of water from the ground. Not clouds. Wonderful capture of clouds. I love watching them but I have never seen anything like this. Great one for the challenge.

  16. At first, I thought it was a noctiluscent cloud but you apparently didn’t shoot it at night. It looks like this was shot around sunset.

    The cloud is massive live a cumulonimbus but the shape and texture is just so odd.

    The colouring seems to be due to the shorter red wavelengths coming through the lower atmosphere while the longer blue wavelengths are at a much higher altitude. This gives a pretty good idea of how high this formation stretches.

    I have no idea what kind of cloud this is but it’s impressive!
